Licensed Mental Health Therapist | Full-Time | On-Site | Robinson, IL
ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time, on-site Licensed Mental Health Therapist role based in Robinson, IL. The clinician will provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions. The clinician will be responsible for conducting clinical assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, ensuring timely, accurate documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, and coordinating care with other providers as needed. The clinician may also contribute to outreach or educational efforts that align with the practice mission to promote mental wellness in the community.
QUALIFICATIONS
✔️ Active Illinois LPC, LCPC, or LCSW license in good standing required
✔️ Experience providing counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults preferred
✔️ Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
✔️ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
✔️ Ability to manage a caseload effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet documentation deadlines
✔️ Comfortable working independently while collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team
✔️ Ability to maintain professionalism, ethical standards, and confidentiality in all aspects of care
✔️ Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and telehealth platforms preferred
